Dealer Growth & GoHighLevel Specialist (Remote – Full Time)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Canada)

Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month + performance bonuses based on experience and results.

About Us
OK Roof Revival is one of Canada's leading roof rejuvenation companies and the national distributor for RoofRestor Canada.
We help roofing and exterior contractors across Canada add roof rejuvenation services to their businesses, creating new revenue streams, lower customer acquisition costs, recurring maintenance opportunities, and future reroof pipelines.
We are building systems to recruit contractors nationwide and are looking for someone who can help us scale those efforts through technology, automation, marketing, and process improvement.

This Is NOT a Typical Virtual Assistant Role

We are not looking for someone to simply complete tasks.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, improving processes, and helping grow a business.

You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in helping us recruit roofing contractors across Canada.

Your Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Management
Build and improve GoHighLevel workflows
Create and maintain automations
Build CRM pipelines
Create email and SMS campaigns
Build appointment booking systems
Assist with AI and automation projects
Website & Funnel Development
Update and improve GoHighLevel websites
Build landing pages and funnels
Improve conversion rates
Create contractor recruitment pages
Manage forms and lead capture systems
Dealer Recruitment Systems
Build systems to reach roofing contractors across Canada
Create automated outreach campaigns
Build lead generation workflows
Manage contractor databases
Create follow-up and nurturing campaigns
Marketing Support
Assist with Facebook advertising campaigns
Create marketing assets
Monitor campaign performance
Help improve lead generation efforts
Communication
Occasionally answer inbound calls
Communicate with prospective contractors
Schedule meetings and consultations
Support dealer onboarding efforts

Required Qualifications
Strong GoHighLevel experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong understanding of CRM systems
Website or funnel-building experience
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving ability
Professional communication skills
Reliable internet connection
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
