We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who
What You’ll Do
Edit UGC footage into scroll-stopping
Create multiple ad variations from a single piece of content, including different hooks, formats, lengths, and placements.
Add captions, motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and sound design optimised for feed, Reels, and Stories.
Turn around revisions quickly and meet tight campaign deadlines without compromising quality.
Use performance data to guide editing decisions, including understanding which hooks, pacing, and formats drive better results.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience editing
Strong understanding of direct response ad structure and what makes people stop scrolling.
Comfortable working from creative briefs and turning them into multiple ad variations.
Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools, with strong skills in captions, transitions, and text overlays.
A portfolio of real
Organised, communicative, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working with ecommerce brands or DTC product ads.
Familiarity with UGC-style content and how to make it feel native to the feed.
Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills.
