Full-Time Live Selling Host (TikTok Shop UK) — Remote, 8-Hour Day Shift

We’re hiring a full-time live host to run TikTok Shop selling sessions for a UK audience and support the wider live operation. This is an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week role during normal Philippine working hours, for someone who wants a stable, long-term position, not occasional gig work.

The role (how the 8 hours break down)

• Live hosting: around 3 to 4 hours of live TikTok selling per shift, presenting and demoing products and driving real-time sales. Usually split into two sessions rather than one long block.
• Pre-stream prep (around 1.5 to 2 hours): setting up products, planning talking points, checking tech, lighting, and links.
• Post-stream and content (around 2 to 3 hours): responding to comments and DMs, clipping and repurposing stream highlights for TikTok, updating product info, and supporting day-to-day store tasks.
• Reviewing your own numbers (views, sales, conversion) and working to improve them week over week.

Shift and hours

• Full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Daytime shift in your local Philippine time (normal working hours, no night shifts)
• You’ll be selling to a UK audience during their daytime, so consistency and showing up on schedule every day is essential

What we’re looking for

• Excellent spoken English: clear, natural, confident on camera
• Warm, high-energy, relatable presence that connects with a UK audience
• Comfortable improvising, reading the chat, and keeping energy up across live sessions
• Self-managing and dependable: you run your full shift without constant supervision
• Reliable home setup: good phone camera, strong lighting, fast stable internet, quiet private space
• Bonus: prior live selling, TikTok Shop, presenting, hosting, or sales experience

Pay

• Competitive monthly salary plus performance commission on sales
• 13th month bonus in line with standard practice
• Paid trial period to start (2 to 4 weeks), then a long-term role for the right person
