Outbound Appointment Setter — US Solar Company (Night Shift) | $7/hr + Performance Bonus

Enersun Solar is a fast-growing residential solar company based in New Jersey, USA. We are looking for motivated, English-fluent outbound callers to join our Philippine team and help us schedule appointments with US homeowners interested in solar energy savings.
This is a full-time remote position with one of the most competitive base rates in the Philippine outbound calling market, plus a performance bonus for every confirmed appointment that shows. The harder you work, the more you earn.
Shift Hours
9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time (Monday to Friday)
This corresponds to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in the US.
What You'll Do

Call US homeowners and introduce our solar savings program
Qualify homeowners based on energy usage and home ownership status
Schedule in-home appointments for our energy consultants
Follow a proven script with room to build natural rapport
Submit daily call numbers and appointments to the team chat

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and easy for US homeowners to understand
Prior outbound calling, BPO, or telemarketing experience strongly preferred
Resilient and self-motivated — cold calling requires persistence and a positive attitude
Stable internet connection (25Mbps or higher, wired preferred)
USB noise-canceling headset (required — must have before start date)
Reliable computer capable of running Chrome and a softphone application
Backup power source strongly recommended (UPS)
