• You need to be organized, be detail oriented, seek solutions to problems instead of waiting to be told what to do, be able to handle a fast paced environment, and be willing to systemize and build processes.
• Strong English writing skills are a must.
• If you are looking to learn about marketing & growing a business, this will be a great position for you! We’re using cutting edge digital marketing strategies and tools (that I will teach you to use) and you’ll be part of a quickly growing team helping to build a business.

ABOUT THE POSITION: (This is not an exhaustive list and all tasks will be taught)
• This is a full time position
• You will be expected to follow, contribute to, and help create business processes and systems.
• Follow step by step instructions to set up marketing campaigns via Facebook
• Report headline statistics from these campaigns weekly
• Follow step by step instructions to create a Wordpress website
• Helping me with various tasks within the agency and or client businesses

This is an opportunity to master digital marketing skills, work with cutting edge strategies and tools, and work with a wide variety of clients from small local businesses to leading industry experts.


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay twice per month
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give discretionary pay increases based on performance
• Unlimited personal leave (requires giving me notice ahead of time)
