Marketing Assistant – Online Store (E-commerce & Performance Focused)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who understands how to grow an online store and drive revenue—not someone focused on basic posting or general marketing tasks.
This role is for someone who can execute campaigns, optimize product listings, improve conversions, and use data to make decisions. Your job is simple: bring in traffic and turn it into sales.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
E-commerce Growth (Core Focus)
• Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images) to improve conversion rates
• Identify ways to increase average order value and repeat purchases
• Support and execute promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns
Campaign Execution
• Assist in running and optimizing paid campaigns
• Help set up retargeting and
• Test different offers, bundles, and strategies to increase revenue
Analytics & Performance
• Track key metrics
• Identify what’s working and scale it
• Identify what’s not working and fix it quickly
Customer & Market Insights
• Monitor customer behavior, feedback, and buying patterns
• Research competitors and find opportunities to outperform them
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of how online stores generate sales
• Experience working with data, analytics, and conversion optimization
• Ability to execute without constant direction
What We’re NOT Looking For
• Just social media posting or content creation
• General “marketing support” without measurable results
• No experience with conversions, campaigns, or revenue growth
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Knowledge of
• Experience improving conversion rates or scaling campaigns
• Understanding of funnels (traffic ? conversion ? retention)
