Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Assistant who understands how to grow accounts and drive results-not someone who just posts content.

This role is for someone who knows how to analyze performance, spot trends early, create high-performing content, and continuously improve based on data. You should understand what makes content go viral, what converts, and how to scale what works.

Key Responsibilities

Content That Performs (Core Focus)
• Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube with a focus on engagement, reach, and conversions
• Identify and replicate high-performing content formats, hooks, and trends
• Continuously test and improve content based on performance metrics

Growth & Strategy
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and customer conversion
• Understand platform algorithms and adjust content accordingly
• Actively find opportunities to grow the brand, not just maintain it

Analytics & Optimization
• Track performance (views, watch time, engagement rate, conversions)
• Identify what's working and double down on it
• Cut what's not working and improve quickly

Community & Brand Presence
• Engage with the audience in a way that builds loyalty and brand connection
• Support product launches, drops, and campaigns through content that drives action

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of experience managing and growing social media accounts
• Proven ability to create content that performs (not just looks good)
• Strong understanding of short-form video, hooks and viral content mechanics
• Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to execute without constant direction

What We're NOT Looking For
• Just posting, scheduling, or basic content uploading
• "I can use Canva and make graphics" without performance result
• No understanding of analytics, growth, or content strategy

Bonus Skills
• Experience growing accounts to high engagements or viral reach
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Understanding of content funnels (awareness - engagement - conversion)
• Experience supporting product launches or e-commerce brands
