About Us

We are an Australian marketing and AI growth agency. We are lead generation experts who incorporate AI driven systems to boost gym growth and profitability. We work with gym and fitness studio owners, building campaigns, automations, and client systems on GoHighLevel (GHL) that help our clients get more leads, more reviews, and more reactivated members.
We are growing fast and we are looking for a Virtual Assistant who wants to grow with us. This is not a place to sit on the sidelines. We want someone who takes ownership, works well inside a team, and genuinely cares about making our clients' lives easier. If you do great work, you will be rewarded for it and you will grow as the agency grows.

What You Will Be Doing

The majority of your work will be messaging. You will be communicating with customers and leads on behalf of our clients, which means your written English needs to be proficient and professional. Clear, natural, well written messages are at the core of this role.
Alongside the messaging, you will help manage client workflows and automations, handle customer service tasks, and keep our systems running smoothly so nothing slips through the cracks. Over time, the right person will take on more responsibility and become a core part of how we operate.

The Schedule

This is a full time role, 6 days a week, made up of 6 x 8 hour days. You must be available to work weekends. Please only apply if this schedule works for you long term.
What We Are Looking For
Proficient written English. This is essential. The majority of your work is messaging, so clear, professional, natural sounding communication is non negotiable.
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or another CRM. If you have built workflows, managed pipelines, or worked inside a CRM before, tell us about it.
A background in customer service or messaging. You understand how to talk to people, stay calm, and keep conversations moving.
Stable, reliable internet. This is essential. We need you online and dependable during your working hours.
Reliability and availability. We are looking for someone who can commit to consistent hours, including weekends, without heavy outside responsibilities pulling them away. This is about being dependable for the long term.
