Who We Are
Virtual Xposure (VX) is a fast-growing real estate media and marketing company based in Canada. We help real estate agents sell their listings faster, sell for more money, and save time through elite media and marketing systems.
We are looking for a sharp, self-motivated Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team long-term. This is a fully online role — no phone calls, no cold calling. Everything is done through social media and messaging platforms.

What You'll Be Doing
Outbound Social Prospecting

Research and identify real estate agents on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Send connection requests and personalized outreach messages to warm up prospects
Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our services
Track outreach activity and update our CRM daily

Inbound Lead Management

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and messages across our social media accounts
Qualify inbound inquiries and move interested prospects to the next step
Keep conversations warm and organized

Social Media Support

Help schedule and post content across platforms
Assist with basic engagement (likes, comments, community management)
Report on performance metrics weekly


What We're Looking For
Required:

Excellent written English — clear, friendly, and professional
Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
Comfortable reaching out to strangers online and starting conversations
Organized and reliable — you follow up without being reminded
Familiar with tools like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and a CRM or spreadsheet

Bonus (Not Required):

Experience with outbound social prospecting or lead generation
Knowledge of the real estate industry
Experience with GoHighLevel, Asana, or similar tools
Canva or basic graphic skills

Work Schedule
