Growth Expert (Any Platform)

We are looking for a few experienced growth experts to grow WFH Alert, a remote job alert for entry-level US job seekers.

You can propose any one channel you are strongest at: Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, SEO, ---------- , Reddit, Quora, Telegram, paid ads, communities, partnerships, etc.

We will provide a tracking link. We do not provide social media accounts or step-by-step instructions. If your plan requires paid ads, include the budget, account setup, and expected cost.

Hours:
1. 20 hours/week
2. Part-time, flexible hours

Pay:
1. Base pay: PHP 20,000/month
2. Bonus: PHP 10,000 per 1,000 US website signups with 4%+ premium conversion.

Do not apply if you’re not confident you can bring in at least 1,000 US website signups a month. This role is not just about creating content. WFH Alert is only for US job seekers, so your strategy must explain exactly how you will get US traffic, not just generic views or engagement.
