Elevated Hospitality Partners is a growing vacation rental management platform supporting multiple local hospitality brands across Texas, New Mexico, and California. We manage high-quality vacation homes with a focus on strong homeowner partnerships, thoughtful guest experiences, local market expertise, and disciplined operational execution.

As we continue to grow, we are building a centralized marketing function that supports all of our markets, improves the performance of our listings, strengthens our homeowner acquisition efforts, and helps us present a consistent, premium brand across every channel.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Senior Marketing & Channel Specialist to support marketing across our vacation rental portfolio.

This role will report to our Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with our market teams, revenue management, onboarding, field operations, and external marketing partners.

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on listing optimization, channel content quality, website updates, homeowner acquisition marketing, referral channel support, brand consistency, and select social media support. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, comfortable with digital tools, highly organized, and excited to help build scalable marketing processes for a growing hospitality business.

This role is especially important because our listings, websites, homeowner-facing content, and referral channels directly impact our ability to grow revenue, attract new homeowners, and create a premium brand experience across every market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

LISTING OPTIMIZATION & CHANNEL CONTENT
* Own the quality, consistency, and optimization of property listings across Guesty, Airbnb, Vrbo, Google Vacation Rentals, direct booking websites, and other distribution channels.
* Write and refine listing titles, descriptions, summaries, photo captions, amenity highlights, and market-specific content.
* Review listings for completeness, accuracy, conversion quality, and brand consistency.
* Help determine the best hero images, photo order, captions, and property highlights for each listing.
* Coordinate with market teams to confirm property details, amenities, local recommendations, and unique selling points.
* Manage the listing optimization checklist for new and existing homes.
* Support the launch of new listings by ensuring marketing content is complete, accurate, and on-brand before going live.
* Review underperforming listings and recommend content, photo, or positioning improvements.
* Manage the relationship with photography partners to help ensure property photography is high quality, consistent, and aligned with our brand standards.
* Coordinate photography needs, shot lists, photo feedback, and follow-up requests with market teams and external photographers.

WEBSITE & DIRECT BOOKING SUPPORT
* Maintain and update property pages, market pages, owner-facing pages, and other website content.
* Ensure direct booking websites are accurate, polished, and aligned with current listings and brand standards.
* Support the creation of landing pages for market-specific campaigns, homeowner acquisition, and referral partners.
* Help improve website content for SEO, readability, and conversion.
* Coordinate with website vendors or internal tea ---------- mbers when technical changes are needed.
* Support updates to Google Business Profiles and other local search assets.

HOMEOWNER ACQUISITION MARKETING
* Support marketing efforts designed to attract new vacation rental homeowners.
* Help create and maintain homeowner-facing materials, including one-pagers, brochures, market summaries, case studies, listing improvement examples, and sales support materials.
* Support email campaigns, nurture sequences, and other marketing efforts for prospective homeowners.
* Help package the EHP value proposition clearly across markets, including our approach to home care, revenue management, guest experience, and owner communication.
* Create market-specific content that helps homeowners understand why our local teams are the right partner for their vacation rental.

REFERRAL CHANNEL MARKETING
* Support marketing efforts for referral partners, including real estate agents, brokers, developers, designers, contractors, and other local professionals who may refer homeowners to us.
* Help create referral partner collateral, outreach materials, email campaigns, and follow-up content.
* Maintain referral channel marketing assets and ensure they are professional, clear, and easy for partners to share.
* Support the marketing side of our lifetime value of leads strategy, helping us stay visible and valuable to referral sources over time.
* Coordinate with leadership and market teams to identify partner opportunities and create simple, repeatable campaigns.

BRAND & CONTENT CONSISTENCY
* Help maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all markets and channels.
* Create and manage templates for listings, owner marketing, referral partners, social media, presentations, and website content.
* Use tools like Canva and Google Workspace to produce clean, professional, on-brand marketing materials.
* Ensure each local brand feels personal and market-specific while still reflecting the quality and standards of Elevated Hospitality Partners.

REPORTING & PROCESS MANAGEMENT
* Maintain a marketing tracker for listing optimization, website updates, referral marketing, owner acquisition campaigns, and active projects.
* Provide regular updates to the Chief Commercial Officer on progress, priorities, and blockers.
* Track key marketing activity, including listings optimized, new listings launched, website pages updated, referral materials created, and campaigns supported.
* Help build repeatable marketing processes as we scale across markets.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across our marketing work.

SOCIAL MEDIA
* Support social media content across our brands, with a primary focus on homeowner brand awareness and homeowner acquisition rather than guest marketing.
* Create and maintain a simple content calendar focused on brand credibility, homeowner education, market presence, property highlights, team stories, and referral partner visibility.
* Repurpose listing content, market insights, owner-facing content, and local stories into social media posts.
* Create professional, on-brand graphics and short-form content using Canva or similar tools.
* Ensure social media supports the broader business goal of building trust with homeowners and referral partners.

* Listings are polished, accurate, compelling, and consistent across channels.
* New homes are launched with complete and high-quality marketing content.
* Website and direct booking content stays current and professional.
* Homeowner acquisition materials are organized, clear, and easy for the sales team to use.
* Referral partner marketing is consistent and professional.
* Photography partners receive clear direction and deliver brand-aligned property photos.
* Marketing projects are tracked, prioritized, and completed on time.
* The company has stronger marketing systems that can scale across multiple markets.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Excellent written English and strong editing skills.
* Experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, vacation rental marketing, real estate marketing, or a similar field.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many listings, projects, and deadlines.
* Experience writing marketing copy for websites, listings, emails, or social media.
* Comfort working with digital platforms, website builders, channel tools, spreadsheets, and project trackers.
* Strong Canva or basic graphic design skills.
* Good understanding of brand consistency and premium presentation.
* Ability to work independently, ask smart questions, and organize work clearly.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Interest in hospitality, travel, real estate, and vacation rentals.

COMPENSATION
* Full-time remote role based in the Philippines
* Compensation: $1,200-$1,500 USD per month, depending on experience
* 13th month pay
* Full-time schedule
* 90-day performance and compensation review
* Long-term growth opportunity as our marketing function expands

WORKING HOURS
• This is a full-time role aligned to U.S. Central Time.
• Required schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm Central Daylight Time, Monday-Friday.
• 9:00am-5:00pm CDT = 10:00pm-6:00am PHT.
• Because the Philippines does not observe daylight saving time, the Philippines time equivalent may shift when the U.S. changes between CDT and CST.
• Candidates must be comfortable working overnight Philippines hours on a consistent basis.

Please rewrite the full listing copy, including the main description, property/space details, location information, guest access, and any important notes you believe should be included. The listing should be written to clearly present the property, highlight its most compelling features, and drive conversion to booking.
* Your top 5 recommended improvements. These can relate to copy, photo order, amenities, guest expectations, OTA performance, direct booking potential, or anything else you believe would improve the listing.
* Your approach to listing optimization. Briefly explain the process you would normally use when reviewing and improving a vacation rental listing.
