About the Role:
TheAcceleratedLeap is seeking motivated appointment setters to join our dynamic sales team. You'll connect with potential clients via phone and email, representing various industries and keeping your work engaging and diverse. We are in the HealthCare field in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to qualify potential clients
Scheduling consultations between prospects and our clients.
Managing follow-ups throughout the sales process.
Meeting appointment setting targets.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
Have a cheerful personality and be a people person.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Able to follow step by step instructions.

Technical Requirements:

Dual monitors
Reliable internet (20Mbps download/10Mbps upload minimum)
Professional headset
Stable power supply

Personal Qualities:

Positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Excellent listening skills
Ability to follow processes accurately

Schedule Information:

All shifts are in Pacific Time Zone (PST).
We have these shifts available:
9 AM PST - 9 PM PST [Mon-Sat]
8 AM PST - 5 PM PST [Sun]
Once assigned, your shift will be permanent weekly commitment.

Compensation:

Base rate: $5 - 15 USD per hour (Based on your experience)
Paid Commission per booked appointment
Additional commission opportunities available.
Potential for increased hours based on performance.
