Synergy Land Partners is a growing U.S.-based company that buys vacant land directly from owners across the United States. We're not a giant call center — we're a tight, modern team that values working smart over grinding hard, takes care of its people, and uses the best tools available to make everyone more productive in their role. We're building a company we intend to be a great long-term home.

SLP already has a strong cold outreach team generating a steady, consistent flow of qualified seller leads every week, plus a large backlog of existing leads waiting for the right person. We don't have a shortage of opportunity. We have a need for the right closer to capitalize on it.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Leads come to you already qualified by our outreach team. Your job is to build the relationship and bring the deal home:

• Call pre-qualified seller leads and build genuine rapport and trust with U.S. landowners over the phone
• Evaluate and comp properties using dedicated land software to understand what a parcel is worth and what purchase price meets the company objectives
• Present offers and negotiate purchase agreements using a consultative, two (and often more) call close approach. You're a trusted guide helping sellers make a decision that meets their goals, not a pushy salesperson
• Relentlessly follow up — many of our best deals take weeks or months of patient nurturing before they close. The closer who follows up wins the deal.
• Manage your pipeline in Follow Up Boss with disciplined stages and follow-up cadences
• Own your numbers — track your activity and conversions, and review your pipeline weekly


WHO YOU ARE

• Fluent, natural English — you can hold an easy, confident, rapport-building conversation with a U.S. landowner. This is non-negotiable.
• A proven closer — you know how to handle rejection, work objections, build trust, and ask for the deal over the phone
• Real estate or land experience is a strong plus, but we'll train the right person on land specifics. Sales skill, willingness to learn, and drive matter most.
• Organized and CRM-disciplined — comfortable managing a pipeline (we use Follow Up Boss) without anyone chasing you
• Self-motivated and competitive — you are driven and confident that your consistent hard work will bring results and financial upside for you and the company
• Long-term minded — you want to grow with a company, not fill a six-month gap

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $1,500/month USD — paid regardless of closings, so you have stability through the longer land sales cycles
• Commission (uncapped): 1% of gross profit on the first $20,000 of gross profit per closed deal, and 2% of gross profit on everything above $20,000. The bigger the deal you negotiate, the more you earn per dollar. (Gross profit = our sale price minus our purchase price. A $20,000-profit deal pays $200; a $40,000-profit deal pays $600.)
• Realistic On-Target Earnings: $2,000–$2,500+/month TOTAL, with real upside as you close more deals and negotiate larger spreads.

This structure is designed to make a serious, capable closer very well rewarded. If you want a high guaranteed salary with low expectations, this isn't the fit. If you are confident in your ability to close deals, the upside is real.
