The company is currently seeking a dedicated, progressive accountant to perform all of the day to day accounting work.

Requirements: Accounting degree and more than 3 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Coding and entering all invoices and expense reports.
- Process payments through banking software
- Maintain files
- Research discrepancies
- Maintain vendor accounts
- Ensure credit card statement backup is received from employees for posting
- Manage phone inquiries
- AR and Invoicing
- Enter all AR invoices
- Reconcile AR with Zoho Books
- Maintain customer accounts
- Research as necessary
- Post all payments and deposits
- Research any chargebacks or discrepancies
- Handle phone inquiries
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and statements
- Distribute AR aging to offices and assist in collections
- Enter all credit card settlements and payments
- General Accounting & Administration
- Enter use tax information into Avalara system
- Manage Washington B&O payments
- Research sales tax issues as needed
- Prepare monthly inventory entries and reconciliations
- Record all banking activity
- Assist with the annual audit
- Payroll/HR
- Process payroll every week
