ELEVATED HOSPITALITY PARTNERS | ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS LEAD
Philippines - Independent Contractor | Full-Time
ABOUT ELEVATED HOSPITALITY PARTNERS
Elevated Hospitality Partners supports a growing portfolio of short-term rental property management brands across multiple U.S. markets, including Texas, New Mexico, and California, with over 1,000 total properties.
Our companies manage vacation rental homes on behalf of homeowners, with a focus on excellent guest experiences, thoughtful homeowner communication, strong local operations, and disciplined financial management. As we continue to grow, we are building a centralized finance and accounting function that can support our operating companies with consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Operations Lead based in the Philippines to help manage our end-to-end accounting workflows across all markets.
This is not a basic bookkeeping role. We are looking for a high-ownership accounting professional who has existing experience in the U.S. short-term rental, vacation rental, property management, or hospitality accounting space and understands the complexity of homeowner statements, homeowner payouts, vendor payments, tax filing and remittance, property-level accounting, and month-end close across multiple markets.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
- Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based short-term rental, vacation rental, property management, or hospitality business is required.
- Experience with Guesty is strongly preferred, but not required. Experience with similar property management systems or short-term rental accounting workflows will also be considered.
- CPA certification is preferred.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Accounting Operations Lead, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations across our three short-term rental brands.
You will lead a small team of external and internal bookkeeping and accounting resources. Initially, much of the work will involve managing external bookkeeping and accounting partners, ensuring their work is completed accurately and on time, and taking day-to-day accounting coordination off the CFO’s plate. Over time, this role may help build, train, and lead internal accounting tea
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounting workstreams at once. You should be able to create structure, identify gaps, follow up on open items, and ensure accounting processes are completed accurately and on time.
WORKING HOURS
This is a full-time role aligned to U.S. Central Time. Required schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm Central Daylight Time, Monday-Friday.
Central Daylight Time to Philippines Time:

* Because the Philippines does not observe daylight saving time, the Philippines time equivalent may shift when the U.S. changes between CDT and CST.
* Candidates must be comfortable working overnight Philippines hours on a consistent basis.

* 13th month pay: Offered in December and prorated for partial years.
* PTO: Accrues at 1 paid day per month, usable after 90 days, with no annual rollover.
