We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Virtual Assistant to help manage inventory, listings, spreadsheets, and operational data.
This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to follow processes consistently.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of Virtual Assistant experience
* Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong English comprehension
* Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to follow written instructions
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
* Enter inventory information into spreadsheets
* Update and maintain databases
* Verify information for accuracy
* Organize product information and records
* Update tracking sheets and reports
* Maintain accurate documentation
* Follow established procedures and workflows
* Communicate completed tasks and report discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with inventory management
* Experience with Google Sheets formulas
* Experience working with large amounts of data
