Revere Estates is a growing short-term rental and furnished rental management company. We manage Airbnb and vacation rental properties and are expanding our portfolio.
We are looking for a smart, reliable, organized VA to help with lead generation, owner outreach, follow-up, CRM updates, and appointment setting.
This is a long-term role with room to grow as the company expands.
Training and SOPs will be provided. Experience with Airbnb, real estate, lead generation, appointment setting, or CRM systems is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Main Tasks
Find potential property owner leads
Send friendly outreach messages
Follow up with leads
Respond to interested owners
Update leads in Vintory CRM
Book calls
Research properties before calls
Track daily activity
Help build referral relationships with agents, co-hosts, and property owners
Required
Strong written English
Reliable and organized
Good attention to detail
Comfortable messaging people professionally
Able to follow SOPs
Comfortable learning new tools
Available with some overlap during California business hours
