Remote Operations Manager

We're a growing music project looking for a reliable Operations Manager to lead a small remote team.

This is a long-term leadership role. You'll oversee a small team of virtual assistants working on our social media outreach and community building.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Onboard new tea ---------- mbers (4-10 VAs)
- Monitor daily team output via Google Sheets
- Provide reports to the founder
- Solve issues tea ---------- mbers face
- Maintain team motivation and consistency
- Replace underperformers when needed

REQUIREMENTS

- Good written English
- Reliable, organized, proactive
- 4-6 hours per day, 5-6 days per week
- Strong reliable internet
- Google Sheets knowledge
