Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Aesthetics CSR (Remote - US Central Time)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a vibrant, engaging, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing US-based medical spa team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them navigate their wellness and beauty journeys. Key Requirements:
Industry Experience: Proven experience in the medical field is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness.
Language Skills: Near-native/Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a major plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient with the Google Workspace environment (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets). Experience with Zenoti or Boulevard software is highly advantageous.
Shift Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM US Central Time (CT).
