About Us:
We're a boutique wedding and luxury lifestyle marketing agency based in Dubai, working with high-end photographers, planners, and venues across the US and Europe. We pride ourselves on elegant, editorial content and a premium client experience. We're growing and need sharp account managers who can fully own client relationships and deliver results.
The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to take full ownership of up to 4 client accounts per month — from strategy through execution and reporting. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, keeping their marketing on track, their content on-brand, and their results moving in the right direction. This is a senior, autonomous role: you set the direction, coordinate the team, and make sure every client feels taken care of.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end account management for up to 4 clients
- Develop and steer marketing strategy for each client (social, content, paid where relevant)
- Serve as the primary point of contact — mostly written communication
- Coordinate with internal editors, designers, and content teams to deliver on time
- Build and present monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps
- Anticipate client needs, flag issues early, and keep relationships strong
- Maintain a premium, white-glove standard of service throughout
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven account management or client-success experience (agency background strongly preferred)
- Strong grasp of social media and digital marketing strategy
- Excellent written English — clear, polished, professional
- Confident on occasional client calls
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping details
- Comfortable working across US, Europe, and Dubai time zones
- Self-directed and reliable with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the wedding, events, or luxury lifestyle space
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Metricool, or similar
- Reporting/analytics experience (Meta, Google, social insights)
- Some understanding of paid ads and content production workflows
