New London based entrepreneur is looking for assistance with everyday tasks.
Our director runs 2 lingerie e-commerce, occasionally sells on eBay and works as a freelance tech innovation consultant.
She is looking for a VA to help her get more organised and take charge of some online tasks reach out to more potential clients (tech businesses).
The successful VA will preferably be a woman with excellent English writing skills, a good eye for fashion and design with some experience in Media/PR. A good knowledge of new technologies would be a big advantage.
P/T job estimated at 8 hours a week as a 3 months trial.
Here is a non-exhaustive personal and professional list of tasks you will be doing:

* LinkedIn Outreach - send and reply to professional
* Manage PR and personal branding - help our director to get interview and some press coverage in the UK
* Search and contact relevant parties for event participation and public speaking gigs
* E-mail/Newsletter - Create newsletter twice a month and reply to a few
* Recruitment - help seek new talents, post jobs, shortlist candidates and arrange interview whenever necessary
* Dealing with all other personal matters - personal or professional trip booking, appointment booking, agenda updates, data searching, gathering and presenting research/data.
* Databases - to create and update various databases on a regular basis
Skills required:
* Excellent English writing skills - for blog posts, ghost writing, briefs writing
* Powerpoint presentation - to create nice presentations
* Excel - to update and improve current database system
* Entrepreneurial individual with a CAN DO attitude
* Fast, creative and efficient
Skills and experience preferred:
* Tech savvy (aware about new technologies)
* Knowledge of E-commerce
* PR/media experience
* Digital marketing experience
