JOB OVERVIEW

We are a human resources service agency looking for a professional and experienced recruitment specialist to join our human resources team.
The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and operations, focusing on large-scale talent recruitment and supporting the continuous talent supply and team expansion of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business.
You will collaborate with various business departments to efficiently achieve recruitment goals and optimize the overall recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
-Independently undertake the full cycle recruitment work for BPO positions, including talent search, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, salary negotiation, and follow-up after onboarding.
-Ensure timely completion of recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Real time tracking of candidate status, resolving issues and doubts during the recruitment process, improving candidate experience and hiring rate.
-Assist in optimizing the recruitment process and implementing recruitment system improvements based on business development needs.

Job Requirements
-Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing): able to proficiently use English for daily work communication, candidate interviews, business communication, and document writing.
-Having extensive recruitment experience in the BPO industry (call center, customer service, operations, and related positions), familiar with the job characteristics, talent market, and recruitment pain points of the industry.
-Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in cross departmental communication and negotiating with candidates, possessing strong empathy and service awareness.
-Proficient in using OFFICE software and online video tools(Teams/Zoom).
-Clear logical thinking, meticulous and rigorous work, skilled in summarizing and optimizing recruitment methods to improve work efficiency.
-Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience in human resources recruitment; Candidates with local business process outsourcing (BPO) recruitment resources in the Philippines will be given priority consideration.
