JOB OVERVIEW

This is fast-turnaround, news-cycle football content. The single most important thing: if a video lands late, it's worthless. Reliability beats polish here.

The work:
- ~20 videos across the 6-week tournament (one every 36–48 hours)
- Edits are straightforward — commentary-over-stills, clean cuts, text overlays, light effects (NOT complex motion graphics)
- 48-hour turnaround standard; faster for breaking ---------- nts
- CapCut or Premiere required
- Strong potential for ongoing paid work after the tournament for the right people

You need:
- Real football knowledge — you watch the game, you follow it, you can spot the dramatic ---------- nt or the key controversy in match content without being told
- Solid working English (you'll work from scripts and briefs)
- A track record of hitting deadlines under pressure
- A link to prior editing work (sports/commentary/fast-turnaround a big plus). No portfolio = no application.

Pay: Per-video rate, negotiable on speed and quality. Shortlisted applicants will be paid for one short test edit before we commit.

Apply — answer both in your message:
1. Which group-stage match are you most looking forward to, and why? What recent result or storyline has you most interested heading into the tournament?
2. Drop your portfolio / sample link.

Reference for Editing Style Only: ----------

If you can't answer #1 confidently in under five minutes, this isn't your role.
