AI Product Content & Creative Specialist

We are a leading online retailer specializing in Japanese stationery, licensed collectibles, and cute lifestyle products. We serve customers worldwide across thousands of unique products and licensed brands.

We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to own product content creation — bringing our products to life through AI imagery, product listings, and marketing creatives.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS ESSENTIAL.
We work with thousands of products, variations, images, dimensions, specifications, and licensed brands. Small mistakes matter. The ideal candidate notices details others miss and delivers polished work with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

AI Image Creation
- Transform supplier product photos into high-quality lifestyle and promotional images
- Create AI-generated imagery matching our current quality standards
- Maintain product accuracy, colors, proportions, and important details
- Experiment with prompts, references, and workflows to achieve best results

Product Listing Creation
- Create and maintain Shopify product listings
- Research product specifications and details
- Write product descriptions using our AI workflows
- Update dimensions, weights, variants, and related information
- Improve and refresh older listings when needed

Image Research and Asset Preparation
- Source additional product images using reverse image search and online research
- Locate higher-quality versions of product images when needed
- Gather visual references for AI image generation
- Upscale and prepare source images for production
- Organize and maintain product asset libraries

Creative Design
- Create email campaign graphics in Canva
- Design promotional banners and marketing assets
- Create seasonal and product launch creatives
- Create social media and promotional content

MUST HAVE:
- Strong experience using NanoBanana (Gemini) or equivalent AI image generation workflows
- Strong Canva skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Affinity Photo, or similar image editing software
- Experience creating commercial-quality AI imagery
- Familiarity with Shopify product listing workflows
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative judgment

PREFERRED:
- Experience with eCommerce brands
- Experience with licensed products, stationery, gifts, or collectibles

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- $1,300 to $1,500 USD/month depending on experience
- Flexible working hours (40hrs/week)
- Long-term position
- Company-provided Canva Pro and Gemini accounts

HIRING PROCESS:
Shortlisted candidates will complete an assignment covering AI image generation, image research, image editing, and Canva creative production.
