LearnWorlds LMS & Digital Product Specialist (Text & Template Focused)

We are a growing educational brand developing high-urgency compliance and advocacy resources for parents navigating the special education system. We are seeking a detail-oriented, systems-focused Virtual Assistant to build out our upcoming course structures and digital download systems inside LearnWorlds.
This project is entirely text- and template-based (no video production or heavy editing required). We have the scripts, written modules, and downloadable PDF toolkits ready—we need an expert to format them beautifully, connect our payment gateways, and test our membership tiers.
Core Responsibilities
Course Layout & Formatting: Configure modules inside LearnWorlds using Ebook/In-line text activities. Use strong visual hierarchy (headings, bold text, bullet points) to ensure the layout is highly readable and clean for stressed parents.
Asset Management: Set up "Digital Download" sections beneath text lessons and upload corresponding PDF/Word documents ensuring zero broken links.
Ecommerce & Tier Configuration: Set up a 3-tiered product pricing framework and map user access permissions seamlessly for multi-tier access and membership subscriptions.
Quality Assurance: Run thorough testing on course navigation, link functionality, and checkout sequences to ensure an absolute zero-bug learner experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience working inside LearnWorlds (experience with alternative platforms like Moodle, Rise 360, or Canvas is highly valued if you can adapt quickly).
Strong understanding of UI/UX layout, text scannability, or WCAG accessibility standards.
Experience setting up payment gateways, course tiers, or bundles.
Knowledge of linking LMS systems to marketing automation tools (e.g., email service providers) is a major plus.
Compensation & Growth
Starting Salary: $5.00 per hour.
Hours: Part-time to start, with a clear path to permanent, consistent hours.
