We're looking for a skilled video editor who specialises in
What you'll do
Edit UGC footage into scroll-stopping
Cut and reformat multiple ad variations from a single piece of content (different hooks, formats, lengths)
Add captions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design optimised for feed and story placements
Turn around revisions quickly and meet tight campaign deadlines without compromising quality
Use performance data to inform editing decisions — understanding what hooks, pacing, and formats drive results
What we're looking for
1+ year of experience editing
Strong understanding of direct response ad structure and what makes people stop scrolling
Comfortable working from a creative brief and translating it into multiple ad variations
Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar — fast with captions, transitions, and text overlays
Portfolio of real
Organised, communicative, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Bonus points if you have
Experience with ecommerce brands or DTC product ads
Familiarity with UGC-style content and how to make it feel native to the feed
Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills
