Reliable Part-Time General VA — US Afternoon Hours (1–5 PM Pacific) — Growth Potential

Growing US-based digital business is hiring a dependable, proactive part-time virtual
assistant to support daily operations during US afternoon hours. This is a long-term role
with room to grow into full-time for the right person as we scale through a major product
launch and beyond.

We value reliability above everything. If you show up consistently, communicate clearly,

THE #1 REQUIREMENT — please read carefully:
You MUST be available and actively working/reachable during 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM US Pacific
Time, Monday through Friday. In Philippine time that is roughly 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM the
following day. This is a night/early-morning shift on your end and it is non-negotiable —
this is exactly when we need real-time coverage. Please only apply if you can commit to
these hours reliably and long-term. If this schedule does not work for you, this is not
the right role, and that's okay.

What you'll help with (will be refined together — flexibility valued):

Daily operational support and task execution via Monday.com
Following up on assigned tasks and reporting status the same day
Publishing/posting approved content to social platforms (we provide the content)
Admin support, organization, light research
General "right hand" support to keep things moving during the launch

Must-haves:

Reliable, fast internet + backup plan for outages
Excellent written English and responsiveness (reply within the hour during work hours)
Comfortable with Monday.com (or quick to learn it)
Proactive: flags problems early, asks good questions, doesn't go silent
Can commit to the 1–5 PM PT window consistently

Nice-to-have (not required):

Social media posting experience
Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, email platforms (AWeber)

Compensation: $4–$5/hour USD, starting at ~20 hours/week (4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri),
with potential to expand to full-time for the right person. Paid weekly or bi-weekly
(your preference).
