As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-focused professional to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist (Onboarding Manager).

ONBOARDING SPECIALIST (ONBOARDING MANAGER)

95% Zoom-based • Client-facing • Strong communication required

As an Onboarding Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients after enrollment. Your role is to ensure every client has an exceptional onboarding experience, understands the program, and is set up for success from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•Host onboarding calls with clients via Zoom
•Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
•Clearly explain program expectations, next steps, and required documents
•Verify client documents in Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)
•Create projects in Asana and assign them to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers
•Update client records in Close CRM
•Follow up with clients regarding missing requirements
•Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time
•Deliver a professional, positive, and engaging client experience

WHO YOU ARE:

•An excellent English speaker with strong communication skills
•Confident and comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom
•Friendly, professional, and naturally positive
•Organized and detail-oriented
•Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
•A fast learner who enjoys following systems and processes
•Passionate about helping people and creating great customer experiences

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

•Starting Salary: $700/month (90-day probation)
•After Probation: $800/month
•Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $300
•Annual Increase: +$50/month each year
•Time Off: 10 PTO days per year (after probation)
