AI Avatar Video Creator Long-Term

I produce AI avatar short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) for health & wellness pages on Instagram and Facebook. You'll turn 10-15 reels a day into finished, ready-to-post videos from production files I give you — every image prompt, video prompt, and line is already written.

This is an execution role: generate the images and clips with AI tools, stitch them in CapCut, keep the character and scene continuity clean, add captions, and deliver. No scriptwriting, no creative decisions — just follow the file precisely. Spotting continuity breaks (wrong background, a prop disappears, the face changes) is the #1 skill — it's the difference between a reel that gets 10k views and one that gets 100k.

I provide + train you on: Veo 3.1, Nano Banana Pro, Google Flow / Gemini Ultra, ElevenLabs, Google Drive. Previous AI experience is a plus, not required — what matters is learning fast and following detailed instructions.

Pay: $400/month to start - $450/month once you're fast and consistent. Bonuses when content performs ($20 per 1M views). Paid monthly via PayPal. Long-term role with a real path to a lead/trainer spot as I scale the team.

HOW TO APPLY — recreate test (this is the interview):

Your work speaks for itself, so instead of a normal interview you'll do a quick recreate using your own Google AI Pro/Ultra + CapCut Pro:

Recreate 1: I send a reel from my account + the reference image I used. Reverse-engineer it as closely as you can. Within 24 hrs submit (via Google Drive): the mp4, a doc with every prompt you wrote (image + Veo), and 2-3 sentences on your process.
Call: if both look good, a 15-30 min video call where I walk you through the workflow and you ask me anything.
