Virtual Assistant & Fertility Marketing Coordinator

HG Mama Coach specializes in fertility education, infertility support, preconception health, and reproductive wellness. I provide newborn, postpartum, and infant safety education, but our primary focus is helping women navigate infertility, ovulation challenges, IVF, PCOS, and getting pregnant faster through evidence-informed education and support.

We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who can help grow our fertility brand through social media, content creation, community engagement, and online marketing.

This is not just an administrative role. We want someone who can take ownership of projects, bring fresh ideas, and actively help attract new clients.

Your Main Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Primary Role)
Create Instagram posts, reels, carousels, and stories
Design graphics in Canva using our established brand guidelines
Schedule content and maintain a content calendar
Repurpose content across platforms
Write engaging captions and calls to action
Monitor comments and direct messages
Help grow engagement and reach
Fertility Content Creation
Turn educational topics into social media content
Create posts related to:
Infertility
IVF
PCOS
Fertility testing
Ovulation
Hormone health
Pregnancy after infertility
Assist with blog promotion and lead magnets
Repurpose webinars, workshops, and educational materials into content
Community Engagement & Lead Generation
Research and join relevant Facebook groups
Monitor discussions related to:
Infertility
IVF
Trying to Conceive (TTC)
PCOS
Women's Health
Pregnancy
Local Arizona parenting and fertility groups
Identify opportunities to connect with potential clients
Research referral partners and local healthcare providers
Help increase awareness of fertility classes and services
Marketing Support
Promote fertility workshops and webinars
Support email marketing campaigns
Assist with lead generation efforts
Research opportunities for community partnerships
Track basic marketing metrics and growth
Qualifications
Required
Excellent written English
Experience managing Instagram accounts
Canva experience
Comfortable creating reels and short-form content
Strong organizational skills
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with fertility, healthcare, motherhood, or wellness brands
Experience with Facebook groups and community engagement
Basic knowledge of infertility, IVF, PCOS, or women's health
WordPress experience

Email marketing experience
