Hi, I’m hiring a new team member to help run a marketing campaign for an online course.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
(No previous experience is required but the following are desirable)

Using WordPress as admin (knowledge of Optimizepress Theme ideal but not essential)
Understanding of Lead and Sales Pages/Product Magnets/Lead Magnets
Marketing/Sales Funnels
MailChimp automation
Social Media Marketing
SEO

ABOUT THE POSITION:
I run an online course to help small business owners systemize and outsource their work
I am ready to launch a new marketing campaign and need someone to help get everything setup.
There will be scope for promotion to managing the campaign should you show the necessary ability and initiative
Work 10-20 hours per week
Possibility of full-time employment for outstanding employees!

PAY AND BENEFITS:
You get paid each Monday by PayPal
We pay bonuses for great work
We will increase hourly pay based on your work
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata)
As a permanent contractor, you will accrue ‘holiday’ and ‘sick leave’ on a pro-rata basis.
