2D Animated Video Editor Needed for YouTube Channel (Long-Term, Recurring Work)

I run a 2D animated YouTube channel called Maya’s Office Secrets featuring an animated character named Maya who shares workplace and career advice stories. I’m looking for a reliable, long-term video editor to join my production team.

What I need:

• Strong After Effects or equivalent 2D animation editing skills
• Ability to sync character animation/lip movement to voiceover
• Pop-up zooms, smooth transitions, sound effects, and pacing that matches retention-style YouTube content
• Someone who can hit deadlines consistently — this is non-negotiable
• Must be comfortable with feedback and revisions

Workflow:

• You’ll receive a script PDF and voiceover audio file
• Files delivered through a shared Google Drive folder
• Project tracked through Trello

Budget:
$65 per week for 4 videos, 8-12 minutes each. Please do not apply if this does not match your rate — Rate will improve once the channel starts generating revenue..
