E-Commerce Operations & Growth Coordinator
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible for the Right Candidate)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Growth Coordinator to help manage and grow our online business. This is an opportunity to work directly with the owner and play a key role in expanding an established e-commerce company.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and excited about helping build and scale an online business. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and contributing ideas that drive growth.
Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
Manage and maintain Shopify product listings.
Organize products into appropriate collections and categories.
Update product information, images, pricing, and inventory as needed.
Assist with product launches and merchandising.
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer issues.
Assist with order-related questions, returns, and general support.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Help manage and grow social media channels.
Create and schedule content across platforms.
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Business Operations & Process Improvement
Research tools, software, and workflows that improve efficiency.
Develop and document processes to streamline daily operations.
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
Growth Initiatives
Assist with the setup and management of TikTok Shop.
Research new sales channels and growth opportunities.
Support SEO, content, and e-commerce growth strategies.
Collaborate on new ideas to help scale the business.
Qualifications
Experience managing Shopify stores.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with customer service and customer support.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
Comfortable learning new software and technology.
Strong problem-solving and research skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
E-commerce experience is required.
Bonus Skills
TikTok Shop experience.
SEO and content marketing experience.
Experience with Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping.
Experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
Knowledge of e-commerce operations and online retail.
