JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, results-driven **Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist** to help grow our brand, sell tickets, attract new customers, and improve our overall marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience creating marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, analyzing performance, and developing clear strategies that lead to measurable results.

**Responsibilities**

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

* Creating and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Managing social media, email marketing, advertising campaigns, and promotional content.
* Developing strategies to generate leads, increase sales, and improve customer retention.
* Tracking campaign performance and providing regular reports.
* Researching competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
* Working with the team to improve branding, messaging, and promotional materials.
* Recommending marketing tools, software, and platforms to improve results.

**Candidate Requirements**

Applicants must be prepared to:

* **Present a marketing plan** outlining how they would grow the company’s brand, reach more customers, and improve marketing performance.
* **Share past marketing achievements**, including examples of successful campaigns, growth results, increased engagement, lead generation, sales improvement, or brand awareness.
* **Explain which programs, platforms, and tools they plan to use**, such as social media management tools, email marketing platforms, design software, analytics tools, CRM systems, advertising platforms, or automation software.
* Provide examples of previous work, campaigns, reports, or portfolio items when available.

**Preferred Experience**

The ideal candidate should have experience with some or all of the following:

* Social media marketing
* Google Ads and paid advertising
* Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising
* Email marketing
* SEO and content marketing
* Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
* Google Analytics
* CRM or lead management platforms
* Marketing automation tools
* Campaign reporting and performance analysis

**Qualifications**

* Previous marketing experience required.
* Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
* Ability to create and explain a clear marketing strategy.
* Comfortable using marketing software and digital platforms.
* Results-oriented with a track record of measurable success.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
