From executive airport transfers to corporate roadshows, wedding limousines, and private aviation logistics, we serve a discerning clientele who expect nothing short of excellence. We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to help us grow our online presence and bring in more clients.
The Role
This is a hands-on, hybrid role where you'll own both our digital marketing strategy and our website performance. You'll be responsible for growing our brand online, increasing our visibility on search engines, managing our social media channels, and ensuring our website is always working hard to convert visitors into bookings. If you're someone who loves both the creative side of marketing and the technical side of the web, this role was made for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy across all online channels
- Manage and grow PIT Drives' presence on Instagram,
- Create engaging content such as; posts, reels, stories, graphics, and copy, that reflects our luxury brand
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive reservations and brand awareness
- Optimize the company website for SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other tools, and implement improvements
- Manage
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay current on digital marketing trends in the luxury transportation and hospitality space
Job Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree (MBA or MS in Marketing/Digital Media) is a plus
- Proven experience managing SEO, Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads campaigns
- Proficiency with website platforms (WordPress preferred) and basic web maintenance
- Strong content creation skills — writing, graphic design (Canva or Adobe), and short-form video
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience with
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
