JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small but growing content creation and ghostwriting brand looking for a reliable Admin VA to help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be working directly with the founder (a ghostwriter, animator, and YouTube creator) to handle day-to-day admin tasks so he can focus on content production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Email management and inbox organization
- Scheduling, calendar management, and follow-ups
- Researching tools, platforms, and service providers
- Organizing files, folders, and Google Drive
- Tracking tasks and deadlines in project management tools
- Handling basic client communication and onboarding admin
- Occasional research for YouTube content and publishing projects

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly in written English
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Are comfortable with Google Workspace, Trello/Notion, and basic online tools
- Have experience supporting a creator, coach, or online business owner

WORK HOURS: ~15–20 hours per week (flexible, async-friendly)
