We're growing, and we're looking for a polished, detail-oriented Reservationist to be join our team.

The Role
As a Reservationist, you are often the first point of contact for our clients. You'll handle inbound calls, respond to booking inquiries, and process reservations through our online platform ( ---------- ). Your professionalism and warmth set the tone for the white-glove experience our clients expect from the moment they reach out to us.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails/chat inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the mylimobiz platform
- Collect accurate trip details: pickup/drop-off locations, passenger count, vehicle preference, flight information, and special requests
- Confirm bookings and communicate trip summaries to clients and dispatch
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless handoffs and real-time updates
- Handle customer questions about services, fleet options, pricing, and policies
- Proactively follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and uphold client confidentiality at all times

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Prior experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, or travel services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — clear, confident, and courteous
- Comfortable working with online booking software (training on mylimobiz provided)
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy in data entry is essential
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy periods
- Professional phone etiquette with a warm, client-first demeanor
- English speaking and writing fluency
