VA for Airbnb Home services company

Looking for a VA who can support our staff and clients via whats app and our own online software to ensure all services we provide are covered, supported and assit Hosts, Homeowners and Property managers with their questions about our services. You will essentially be the Bridge of communication between clients and staff. Managing staffs time sheets, shifts and checklist directions and communicating questions, issues, guest damages etc to Hosts. this job will start out at 15 hrs a week and quickly become full time (30-40) after training.
