Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist

We’re a fast-growing social media agency that helps beauty and lifestyle brands scale online. We're looking for a reliable, proactive Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team part-time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new leads through cold outreach, following up with warm prospects, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This position is perfect for someone who’s confident in communication, organized, and motivated by results.

Your Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads via DMs, emails, or outbound messaging platforms
- Qualify leads through conversations and identify those who are a good fit
- Follow up consistently with warm leads to build relationships and move them forward
- Set and confirm appointments with high-quality leads for strategy calls
- Track outreach progress and follow-ups in our CRM (GHL)

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and sales outreach
- Are a strong communicator who knows how to build rapport and ask the right questions
- Understand how to move a conversation toward conversion
- Stay organized and consistent with follow-ups and scheduling
