We are on the lookout for a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to help strengthen and elevate our team.

This role is critical in ensuring our operations, training delivery, and customer experience consistently meet regulatory, contractual, and internal quality benchmarks. As a Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, strengthening compliance frameworks, and supporting operational excellence across the business.

The Role – What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and internal procedures
- Conduct regular audits of student files, course documentation, assessments, and certification processes
- Ensure data integrity across all systems, verifying accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Support internal and external audits, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions, implement and monitor corrective and preventative actions
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and service delivery
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and process documentation
- Create and update learning and assessment resources
- Oversee accurate processing of student records, enrolments, outcomes, and certification
- Maintain secure, organised, and confidential record management systems

Who We’re Looking For

- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process integrity
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, while maintaining quality outcomes
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Confidence working across systems, processes, and cross-functional teams

Experience & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working within an Australian RTO environment, with a strong understanding of RTO compliance frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements (TAC or ASQA)
- Proven experience supporting internal and/or external audits, including identifying non-conformances, documenting findings, and managing corrective and preventative actions through to resolution
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready documentation, including records, evidence, registers, and document control
- Highly developed administration and systems capability, including working with business systems, spreadsheets, registers, templates, and LMS/TMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and feedback (learner, trainer, employer) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- A proactive continuous improvement mindset, with experience contributing to process enhancements, reducing errors, and improving quality outcomes
- Experience using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems and task/project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, ---------- or similar)
- Proven experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Reliable internet connection and dual-monitor setup
- Desirable (Highly Regarded) Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) – completed or in progress
