I have about 8 websites which we manage, mostly WP. A lot of them need improvement or need to be completed from a high-end design perspective.

I need someone very thorough with high attention to detail, who understands websites and can solve problems and optimize to ensure a good user experience, and the correct structure for Google.

Please provide reference sites and an overview of what you are able to deliver.

I need someone who can handle multiple projects at once, and also work with the tools that they have to deliver top-end website design and development.

Term is up to 3 months, possibly longer.
