About us
You'll be joining the creative team behind Physician's Choice and Rovina
- Physician's Choice : An established 8-Figure Supplement brand in the US market.
- Rovina : A growing 7-Figure supplement brand in the US market, transiting into 8-Figures.
Who we're looking for
A direct response video editor who can produce ad creatives built to perform — not just look pretty. Specifically you should be comfortable with:
UGC and AI UGC Ads
Voiceover + b-roll style ads
Pixar / 3D animation style videos
Any other style that's working
Tools you should know (or be willing to pick up fast): CapCut, 11 Labs, HeyGen, Kling, Veo3, Nanobanana, Higgsfield and whatever else is current in the gen-AI stack. This space moves weekly and we want someone who actually keeps up.
What I actually care about (in plain English)
1. You have your basic editing fundamentals down (most editors do)
2. You have at least a general understanding of ecom and direct response ad creatives — not expert level, but you "get it"
3. You're already using generative AI tools and you keep yourself updated as new ones drop
4. Portfolio — big plus if you've worked with an ecom brand
5. Mindset — this is the biggest one. Open to feedback, fast learner, growth-oriented, and the kind of person who tries to overdeliver instead of just doing the bare minimum
I'm not looking for someone to be perfect from the start but he should be good enough and has real hunger for growth. We already have a head editor on our core team who'll lead you and teach you everything — frameworks, hook structures, what actually makes an ad win. So this is genuinely a good opportunity to learn ecom, brand building, and direct response from the inside while getting paid.
There's gonna be a Paid trial task ($30) so we can access your current skillset.
We know what good creatives looks like and who has put in the work so payment will be done to those candidates who have put in the efforts.
Here's the trial task: 2 ad creatives
1. Voiceover+Brolls+Greenscreen AI Avatar Style — to see your direct response editing
2. Pixar-Style Ad Creative — to see how you handle generative AI

Compensation
Base Pay: $600-$800/month retainer depending on your current skill level and experience.
Performance Bonus
In addition to your retainer, you'll receive 0.5% of ad spend on winning ads.
To give you an idea of what that means:
An ad that scales to $100,000 in spend generates an additional $500 bonus.
An ad that scales to $500,000 in spend generates an additional $2,500 bonus.
An ad that scales to $1,000,000 in spend generates an additional $5,000 bonus.
Physician's Choice and Rovina operates at a scale where millions of dollars are spent on advertising every month.
For example, if the brand spends $4,000,000/month on ads, that's $20,000/month paid out in editor performance bonuses across the editing team.
Our creative team relatively lean, consist of approximately 5 editors(after hiring 3 new), creating significant upside for editors who consistently contribute winning ads.
The better your creatives perform, the more you earn.
Retainers will also increase over time as your skills improve and as you take on more responsibility within the team.
