Virtual Assistant for Beauty Creator / Social Media Team

We are hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant to help support a growing beauty creator and social media team.

This role is best for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and has a good visual eye. You will help with posting content, product links, brand outreach, captions, spreadsheets, and basic content organization.

Main Responsibilities

You may help with:

- Posting content to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Simple video editing for story content
- Organizing & creating stories inspired by previously posted content
- Finding and organizing product links
- Adding product links to link-in-bio
- DMing brands for PR
- Following up with brands and tracking replies
- Writing simple, SEO-friendly Instagram captions with the help of AI
- Finding and tagging beauty brands in captions
- Pulling testimonials, screenshots, and profile pictures for community spotlight posts
- Organizing information in Google Sheets
- Researching beauty brands and products
- Researching viral content and providing reports containing relevant content

Able to communicate clearly when something is unclear

A good visual eye is important. You should be able to tell when a story looks clean, messy, too busy, gaudy, or off-brand. You do not need to be a professional designer, but you should care about making things look polished.

This Role Is Not a Good Fit If

This is not a good fit if you rush through tasks, ignore details, need constant reminders, dislike organization, or cannot tell when simple designs look messy.

Hours & Pay

This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week.

We need someone available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Central Time (CT).

Pay is $5 USD per hour.
