We’re a growing floor coating company based in California, and we’re looking for an Office Manager to help support our day-to-day operations remotely.
This role is a big part of keeping our company running smoothly behind the scenes, from helping coordinate projects, supporting customers, organizing schedules, and making sure our team stays on track.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and reliable.
One thing we genuinely value in our company is our people. We have a supportive Philippines-based admin team, and we’re hoping to find someone who wants to grow with us long term and be part of a team environment where communication, teamwork, and respect matter.
Responsibilities:
* Managing scheduling, dispatch, and project coordination
* Assisting customers through
* Supporting leadership with operational and administrative tasks
* Managing calendars, follow-ups, and internal organization
* Assisting with invoicing, payment tracking, and paperwork
* Creating reports and summaries for operations and sales
* Helping track inventory and supply needs
* Making sure projects and tasks stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using Google Workspace, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and other tools
* Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
* Experience working PST hours preferred
* Experience in home services, operations, or admin support is a plus
