Palm Beach REI is a high-volume real estate wholesaling company actively acquiring properties across the United States. We run aggressive SMS outreach campaigns to motivated sellers nationwide and we move fast. We are growing and we need sharp, confident people to grow with us.

We are hiring a virtual assistant to call our warm inbound leads, qualify sellers, and set appointments for our acquisitions team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is not a passive admin role. You will be on the phones daily, representing Palm Beach REI to motivated sellers who have responded to our outreach. Your job is to build rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and get qualified appointments on our calendar.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Call warm leads generated from our SMS marketing campaigns
• Represent Palm Beach REI professionally on every call
• Build instant rapport with motivated sellers
• Follow our proven qualification script to uncover motivation, timeline, property condition, and price
• Log detailed notes into our CRM after every call
• Set appointments for our acquisitions team on qualified leads
• Flag urgent or highly motivated sellers immediately

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Crystal clear spoken English — confident, warm, and professional
• Strong phone presence — you must be comfortable talking to strangers all day
• Organized and detail-oriented with note-taking and CRM logging
• Real estate or cold calling experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and available during US business hours (EST)
• Someone hungry to perform and grow with a scaling company
