Google & Meta Ads Specialist – Residential Remodeling (Remote)

Cap Building Services is looking for a results-driven Google and Meta Ads Specialist to help generate qualified leads for kitchen, bathroom, basement, and home addition projects.

We are a residential and commercial construction company serving homeowners throughout New York and New Jersey.

Responsibilities
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Manage Google Local Services Ads
• Create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Build and test landing pages
• Monitor lead quality and conversion rates
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Create audience targeting strategies
• Produce monthly marketing reports
• Coordinate with website and CRM systems

Requirements
• Proven Google Ads experience
• Proven Meta Ads experience
• Experience generating residential remodeling leads
• Strong understanding of lead tracking and conversion reporting
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make improvements
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience
• Home improvement marketing
• Construction or remodeling industry
• HubSpot CRM experience
• Landing page optimization

Position Type
