YouTube Thumbnail & Title Expert

We are a fast-growing real estate company looking for a creative and results-driven YouTube Thumbnail & Title Expert to help increase views, click-through rates, and audience engagement across our YouTube channels.

Responsibilities
1. Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails that attract clicks and drive engagement
2. Write compelling YouTube titles optimized for click-through rate (CTR)
3. Collaborate with our marketing and video production team
4. Maintain consistent branding across all YouTube content
5. Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on analytics
6. Develop multiple thumbnail and title variations for testing

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience creating YouTube thumbnails that generate strong CTRs
2. Strong understanding of YouTube audience behavior and content trends
3. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools
4. Ability to write attention-grabbing titles without using misleading clickbait
5. Strong attention to detail and creativity
6. Experience with YouTube analytics is a plus
7. Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
