Web/Graphics Designer needed in Cebu

Hi,

I am looking for a designer who is based in Cebu, as this is where my company will be based.

Designer should have extensive experience and be capable of designing the following -

> Websites
> Mobile applications (iphone/android)
> Logo's

Designer must have a good eye for design and have a good understanding of user experience.

Basic knowledge in web development will be needed, in order to liaise with the developers. An understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP.
