# Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can independently manage advertising accounts, optimize performance, and proactively drive growth.

## Responsibilities

* Full management of Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts
* Campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and budget management
* Performance analysis and strategic recommendations
* Creation of weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
* Audience research, testing, and conversion optimization
* Tracking and attribution monitoring (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager)
* Continuous testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
* Collaboration with our team to improve lead generation and ROAS

## Nice to Have

* Ability to create ad creatives (images, videos, and ad copy)
* Experience with landing page optimization
* Knowledge of funnel building and marketing automation

## Requirements

* 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
* Proven track record with measurable results and case studies
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent understanding of performance marketing KPIs
* Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
* Fluent English communication
