Amazon Affiliate Store Manager & Growth Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Affiliate Store Manager to help build, manage, and scale our Amazon affiliate business.

This is a long-term position for someone who understands affiliate marketing, SEO, content strategy, product research, conversion optimization, and Amazon Associates compliance.

We are not looking for a basic virtual assistant.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify profitable opportunities, manage day-to-day operations, and help grow revenue through organic traffic and affiliate commissions.

Responsibilities

Account Management
- Manage daily operations of our Amazon affiliate websites
- Track affiliate performance and commission earnings
- Monitor Amazon Associates dashboard and reporting
- Maintain affiliate links and site functionality
- Ensure compliance with Amazon Associates policies
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and virtual assistants
- Implement systems and SOPs to improve efficiency

Product & Niche Research
- Research profitable niches and product categories
- Identify high-converting Amazon products
- Analyze competitors and market opportunities
- Discover trending products before competitors
- Evaluate commission potential and earning opportunities
- Present data-driven recommendations for expansion

SEO & Content Strategy
- Perform keyword research
- Identify buyer-intent keywords
- Create content plans and publishing schedules
- Optimize existing content for higher rankings
- Improve on-page SEO and internal linking
- Analyze competitor content strategies
- Build topical authority within chosen niches

Conversion Optimization
- Improve click-through rates on affiliate content
- Optimize calls-to-action
- Increase affiliate link conversion rates
- Monitor user behavior and engagement metrics
- Conduct A/B testing where applicable
- Improve revenue per visitor

Content & Publishing Management
- Manage blog content production
- Coordinate writers and editors
- Review articles before publication
- Create product comparison content
- Create buyer guides and review content
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices

Graphic Design
- Create featured images and blog graphics
- Design comparison tables and affiliate assets
- Create Pinterest graphics and social media content
- Maintain consistent branding across websites

Required Skills

Must Have
- Proven experience managing Amazon affiliate websites
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of Amazon Associates
- Strong SEO knowledge
- Keyword research experience
